Our History
Since 1943, three generations of the Davidson family have been providing hearing health care services in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario. Thoughout this time, we have been dedicated to being a customer centered practice, offering the latest hearing aids and the areas best service.
Founded by W.E. Davidson, Davidson Hearing Aid Centres has grown considerably over the years. We currently boast a staff of ten dedicated professionals, which include: Audiologists, Hearing Instrument Specialists and hearing aid technicians. This mix of staff allows us to prescribe the best aids for our clients and gives us the ability to service them on-site, as we have Ottawa's only repair technician with manufacturers experience.
Not only do we service our hearing aids, we do so at no charge to our customers. We realize that hearing aids are a considerable cost and we feel that our clients should not be burdened with additional fees. For this reason, we offer all of our clients free audiological tests, consultations and service. On top of this, we guarantee our client's complete satisfaction with every hearing aid we fit. We do so by offering a 60-day trial on all hearing aid fittings to ensure that our clients have the best solution for their hearing needs. Also, to offset some of the financial burden for family's who have children with hearing problems, we started the Kids Program. In this program, Davidson's waives all despensing fees for those under the age of 18. This is just one more way we are able to put our client's needs first.
